Hi all, after a few months away i have just renewed my membership. I feel fine, changed my job a month ago (never mentioned the RA at the interview) and the place seems nice. However i am working 4 more hours for the same money so i am a lot more tired than normal. Apart from that i am well! it's nice to be back on here again! dawnybeeBigGrin

Welcome back Dawn. What type of work do you do? It takes a while to settle in but sometimes a change is as good as a rest!

Great to hear from you again, and glad the new job is fine, shame about those extra hours though and hope they don't make the tiredness too bad.
Stay in touch and let us know how the job goes on.
Best wishes
Sheila

yes, i'm now taking just 15mg methotrexate a week and folic acid. My hydroxyquine was stopped in july so that was a good sign for me. The job is a bit more cushy than were i worked previously, busy here now is nothing like being busy at the other place. It's early days, just into my 5th week and so far so good. Its strange being with a new bunch of people. The files are very high, and so i don't attempt to stretch for those. My excuse is that i'm only 5' tall and so they think its because i can't reach, but really i don't want to attempt to reach and stretch especially if i was to over balance! I only carry one bottle of water up stairs too, they are 5litres and the others carry 2 at a time. I had a hysterectomy a few years ago and so i tell them i'm not to lift heavy things. So RA has'nt needed to crop up at all! dawnybee
